Certified Services:

Skilled Nursing: A registered nurse (RN) will assess a client's needs, RN//LPN’s will provide care and education, and coordinate all the therapies needed.
Home Health Aide: Certified aides can meet the personal care needs of our clients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Medical Social Worker: Licensed social workers (MSW) provide education on community resources, short term counseling, assistance with long range planning and decision making.
Physical Therapy: Registered physical therapists (RPT) provide in home therapy to improve independence with walking, moving, exercise, and use of equipment such as walkers, canes, and wheelchairs.
Occupational Therapy: Licensed occupational therapists (OTR) work with clients to improve independent living skills such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
Speech Therapy: Licensed speech therapists (SLP) assess and treat speech, swallowing, and communication problems.
