Hospice Grief Support

In keeping with our commitment to provide comprehensive Hospice care to our clients and their families, Mille Lacs Health System offers a Grief Support Group to help participants deal with the loss of a loved one. The purpose of the group is to provide grief education and support to one another.

There is no cost for these sessions. Pre-registration is appreciated but not required. Call the Hospice Social Worker at (320) 532-2735 to register or if you have questions.
