Our Long Term Care Facility is designed to meet the needs of those requiring highly skilled nursing care, memory care or rehabilitation following illness or surgery, The Facility is part of the Mille Lacs Health System Campus and is conveniently located off Highway 169 with easy access to our clinic, urgent care, emergency room, and hospital.
Our Long Term Care Facility is Medicare-certified and designed using a “neighborhood concept.” Each wing has a distinct, home-like atmosphere with its own dining room and resident-centered care. Nursing professionals specially trained to meet the health care needs of seniors are available twenty-four hours a day.
Those with conditions affecting their memory or other cognitive functions receive specialized care in the Memory Care Unit.
