Job Description:
The Resident Care Attendant is responsible for provision of home services within the scope of the Resident Care Attendant job description under the direction of the Assisted Living Nurse; may deliver routine personal care, perform simple routine procedures that are non-invasive and report unusual findings or concerns to the Assisted Living Nurse. The Resident Care Attendant is expected to incorporate and demonstrate the Lake Song philosophy and mission in daily performance of duties.
Job Qualifications:
Requires High School diploma or GED. Completion of a Home Health Aide training course and/or a certified nursing assistance course (CNA/NAR) is preferred but not required.
